Truth. Your story will not change anyone's life. If they are convinced by your story they can be convinced of something else by another story. When you give someone the gospel; starting with the fact that they are dead in sin and not awesome like some modern evangelistic training teaches, you then expose them to the law of God that displays their goodness as worthless, which leads to the good news of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. That is the gospel, that is what transforms. Your story doesn't transform and a miracle won't lead to salvation (read the woes pronounced on unrepentant cities). People need the gospel not our gimmicks.
